Production Process
From Selected Timber to Export-Ready
Nine controlled stages, summarized into four key phases.
01Material & Kiln Drying
Solid wood is strictly selected, then kiln-dried to an optimal moisture content of 6–8%.
02Shaping & Assembly
Components are shaped with precision machinery and skilled hands, then assembled into sturdy furniture.
03Sanding & Finishing
Surfaces are thoroughly smoothed, then finished to enhance the look while protecting the wood.
04Quality Control & Export
Every product is strictly inspected, packed with protective materials, and shipped worldwide.
