Job Description
PT INDEX is looking for a Production Supervisor who can lead a team, maintain targets, and ensure that the furniture production process runs effectively, safely, and with high quality.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily production activities
- Ensure that output targets, quality standards, and production schedules are met
- Effectively managing manpower and work assignments
- Maintaining discipline, productivity, and workplace safety
- Identifying production issues and taking corrective action
- Coordinating with PPIC, QC, Maintenance, and related departments
Requirements
- Experience as a production supervisor/leader
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team
- Decisive, disciplined, responsible, and results-oriented
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Must have experience in the furniture/wood industry
