Job Description
Lead and develop the furniture engineering team for export-oriented manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Lead drafters and technical engineers.
- Set targets, priorities, engineering standards, and SOPs and deliver work on schedule.
- Coordinate with Production, R&D, PPIC, QC, and Purchasing.
Requirements
- At least 5 years in furniture engineering, preferably export wood furniture.
- Knowledge of construction, wood joints, materials, hardware, AutoCAD/BricsCAD, woodworking, CNC, assembly, and finishing.
- Experience with BOMs, cutting lists, routing, value engineering, and component standardization.
- English communication is preferred.
