Head of Warehouse

Job Description

Lead and improve warehouse operations for export furniture manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the warehouse team and set KPIs.
• Develop internal controls, SOPs, workplace safety, and inventory accuracy.
• Optimize layout, capacity, material flow, and production distribution.
• Coordinate with PPIC, Purchasing, Production, QC, Accounting, and Export.

Requirements

• At least 5 years in warehouse management, preferably manufacturing.
• Knowledge of inventory control, FIFO/FEFO, stocktaking, cycle counts, reconciliation, ERP/WMS, barcodes, and inventory analysis.
• Experience leading warehouse teams; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Focused on inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, cost reduction, and continuous improvement.
• English communication is preferred.
