Job Description
PT INDEX is looking for an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor who is proactive, disciplined, and capable of helping to ensure that all machinery and production facilities are always in good working order.
Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing and supervising the Maintenance team’s work
- Carry out and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance
- Troubleshoot furniture production machinery
- Ensure that machine downtime is kept to a minimum
- Assist in creating maintenance schedules and damage reports
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and related departments
Requirements
- Experience in production machinery maintenance
- Must have experience working with CNC machines
- Understanding of the fundamentals of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Ability to troubleshoot systematically
- Leadership and team coordination skills
- Disciplined, responsive, responsible, and accustomed to working toward targets
- Experience in the furniture/wood industry is required
