Job Description
PT INDEX is looking for a Veneer Supervisor who can lead a team, maintain targets, and ensure that the production process runs effectively, safely, and with high quality.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily production activities
- Ensure that output targets, quality standards, and production schedules are met
- Effectively managing manpower and work assignments
- Maintaining discipline, productivity, and workplace safety
- Identifying production issues and taking corrective action
- Coordinating with PPIC, QC, Maintenance, and related departments
Requirements
- Minimum vocational high school or associate degree
- At least 3 years of experience as a Veneer Furniture Supervisor
- Understanding of furniture production processes and quality standards
- Strong leadership skills; decisive, honest, and disciplined
- Ability to coordinate effectively with all levels, from operators to managers
- Proficient in using computers, especially Microsoft Office
